Our team checks company listings and investors by hand. This page says who gets checked, what we look at, and what a check does not prove.প্রতিষ্ঠানের লিস্টিং ও বিনিয়োগকারীদের আমাদের টিম নিজে যাচাই করে। কাকে যাচাই করা হয়, আমরা কী দেখি, আর যাচাই দিয়ে কী প্রমাণ হয় না, এই পেজে তা আছে।
Our team reviews every listing before it is published. A listing gets the Verified tick only when the team has checked four documents.প্রকাশের আগে প্রতিটি লিস্টিং আমাদের টিম রিভিউ করে। টিম চারটি ডকুমেন্ট যাচাই করার পরই কোনো লিস্টিং যাচাইকৃত চিহ্ন পায়।

All four must be uploaded first, and paying never changes that. The team checks them by hand. We do not promise a time for a decision, and no listing is sure to pass.আগে চারটিই আপলোড করতে হবে, টাকা দিয়েও এটি বদলানো যায় না। টিম এগুলো নিজে দেখে যাচাই করে। সিদ্ধান্তের কোনো সময় আমরা বেঁধে দিই না, আর কোনো লিস্টিং পাস করবেই, এমনও নয়।
Reviewing and verifying are separate steps. A listing moves from Applied to Under review to Published. A published listing without the tick has been reviewed, but not all four documents have been checked.রিভিউ করা আর যাচাইকৃত চিহ্ন দেওয়া আলাদা ধাপ। লিস্টিং আবেদন জমা হয়েছে থেকে রিভিউ চলছে হয়ে প্রকাশিত অবস্থায় যায়। চিহ্ন ছাড়া প্রকাশিত লিস্টিং রিভিউ করা হয়েছে, কিন্তু চারটি ডকুমেন্টের সবগুলো যাচাই হয়নি।
Changes to a published listing go to review before they are public.প্রকাশিত লিস্টিংয়ে কিছু বদলালে তা সবার সামনে আসার আগে রিভিউতে যায়।
Investors are verified by hand too.বিনিয়োগকারীদেরও আমাদের টিম নিজে যাচাই করে।
Anyone can register and browse. Until an investor is verified, they cannot see a company's raise size and equity, open a deal room, sign the Investor NDA or see that company's documents.যে কেউ অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে লিস্টিং দেখতে পারেন। যাচাই না হওয়া পর্যন্ত একজন বিনিয়োগকারী কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিনিয়োগের পরিমাণ ও ইকুইটি দেখতে, ডিল রুম খুলতে, বিনিয়োগকারীর NDA স্বাক্ষর করতে বা সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের ডকুমেন্ট দেখতে পারেন না।
A company's name, logo and founder are shown only to verified investors who sign the Investor NDA for that listing, unless the founder chose an open listing.প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম, লোগো ও উদ্যোক্তাকে শুধু সেই যাচাইকৃত বিনিয়োগকারীরাই দেখতে পান, যাঁরা ওই লিস্টিংয়ের জন্য বিনিয়োগকারীর NDA স্বাক্ষর করেছেন, যদি না উদ্যোক্তা উন্মুক্ত লিস্টিং বেছে নিয়ে থাকেন।
