By creating an account or using RiseUp, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

RiseUp is a technology platform where founders apply to be listed and investors look at listed companies, talk to founders and open private deal rooms.

RiseUp is a facilitator of introductions and communication.

RiseUp does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fund manager, financial institution, or securities intermediary.

Our team reviews every listing before it is published. A listing gets the Verified tick only when the team has checked its pitch deck, trade licence, RJSC registration certificate and a recent bank statement.

Investors are verified by hand: an ID document sent by email, a short call and a written checklist. Until an investor is verified, they cannot see a company's raise size and equity, open a deal room, sign the Investor NDA or see documents.

A check confirms that the documents were provided and reviewed. It does not confirm a founder's figures, forecasts or claims, and it does not say that an investment is safe or will succeed.

Any information, assistant output, match score, summary or insight provided by RiseUp is for information only.

Users must do their own due diligence and take independent professional advice before making investment decisions.

RiseUp:

• Does not receive investor funds
• Does not hold client money
• Does not process investments
• Does not execute securities transactions
• Does not guarantee funding, introductions or replies from investors

Any investment agreement is solely between the relevant founder and investor.

RiseUp does not take a commission, percentage, or success fee from investment transactions unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Nothing is charged at launch. Investors pay no commission. Founders pay nothing for the first 90 days. If paid services are added, the price will be shown before any work starts. Nobody can pay for a higher place in listings or for the Verified tick.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Information they submit
• Investment decisions
• Business decisions
• Due diligence
• Legal compliance

Users must independently check all information before relying on it.

Founders must make sure that all information and documents they provide are accurate, complete and not misleading.

Providing false information or false documents may result in account suspension or termination.

Investors are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities.

RiseUp does not assess whether an investment is suitable for any investor.

User-generated content remains the responsibility of the user who submitted it.

RiseUp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted information beyond the checks described in section 3.

All platform designs, branding, software, RiseUp Engine technology, trademarks, content, and materials are owned by RiseUp unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce platform content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RiseUp shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses
• Business losses
• Missed opportunities
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• User disputes

Any investment or business relationship formed through the platform is solely between the involved parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Abuse platform services
• Engage in fraudulent activity

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

RiseUp is a technology platform designed to facilitate connections between founders and investors.

We do not endorse, recommend, guarantee, broker, manage, or participate in any investment transaction.

All investment decisions, negotiations, agreements, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the participating parties.
